Before before after after after I didn’t like how my upper-arm fat stuck out to the sides when wearing summer clothes, so I was looking for a clinic and found a director who explained everything kindly. I quickly got it done before summer came haha. The recovery time wasn’t exactly short, but I timed it well, so by summer it had gotten pretty decent. I didn’t exercise separately and ate a lot of tasty food, so I gained some weight haha, but it didn’t stick out to the sides like before; it filled in nicely along the line!! Scars inevitably remain, but I’m satisfied!
