I didn’t make it to all the clinics I had decided to visit, and for today I only went to two places. I have a low, short, small nose. The director touched my nose directly and also placed the silicone on it directly while consulting. I was planning to use silicone anyway, and I went there because I wanted a natural look, but they said I’d need 3.5 mm silicone and lower septal reconstruction. I don’t think the director is exactly the friendly type, but also, it wasn’t as bad as the reviews made it sound. I actually liked that they told me what needed to be said clearly. I got the impression that the postoperative care is very thorough. The consultant was very kind and explained things in detail. First, I had a CT scan, then the consultation went consultant - director - consultant. They asked in detail about my desired line, reference photos, materials, etc. During the consultation with the director, I was given explanations while looking at the CT, and they explained each point while showing me a skull model and a nose model. Since my nose is quite low, they said that to get something like the photos I brought, I’d probably need about 4.5-5 mm, and they showed me photos of similar cases as examples. Here too, they would use silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. No nasal packing, and no particular aftercare. After surgery on the day, you only visit the clinic when removing the splint. No consultation fee, and the cost is 4.2 million won I was already planning to use silicone anyway, so that’s fine, but I didn’t want to use septal cartilage because I heard that if it’s used incorrectly, the nose can collapse They did say I’m on the side of having a lot of septal cartilage.. Would it be okay? For my next consultations, I’m planning to go to ㅈㅇㅈㅇ and ㅊㄷㅇㅇ, so please recommend clinics that do natural-looking noses!
