The friendliness of the counter staff was not great. Even though there were other patients in the lobby, they asked about my cosmetic surgery history in a loud voice and checked things like medications I was taking. I think private matters like that should be written down on paper, not spoken out loud. A counter staff member took the photos, but their way of speaking was curt. The dedicated consultant was very kind, so I do not know why the difference was so extreme. I went thinking the doctor would choose a more proactive surgical method for facial contouring rather than a conservative one, but for the surgery I wanted, they took a very conservative stance. There were many reviews saying they were kind, but when I had my consultation, I did not really feel that kindness. Right after the consultation, I did not get the feeling of “this is it,” but since it is something being done to my own face, I also wonder if it is right to look at it conservatively.
