Incision + epicanthoplasty (1/15)... “hidden double eyelid,” almost one month now…

This is with my eyes open comfortably, without putting any force into them at all. This photo is with force in my eyes, opened wide. My eyes were small and I had a somewhat sharp-looking image. In my case, they said that if I only got double eyelids, my eyes would become round and look strange, so I got epicanthoplasty together with it. Before meeting the doctor, the consultant suggested making my eyes look a bit bigger and more open, with the line clearly visible, but because I was afraid I’d look too different(??), I ended up ordering the shape however I wanted and asked them to make it like this. ㅠㅠ (I’m regretting it a bit now.) At home they say only my eyes are terribly swollen, the line isn’t even visible... and ask why I even did it, but before, it was hard to open my eyes and wrinkles kept forming on my forehead, so I asked them to make the line so that at least the outline would show, and I got epicanthoplasty so it would look a little more open. That’s the photo above. The left eye turned out well, but the right eye looks droopy now, so I’m having revision surgery on Saturday. They said that because the line was set low, it ended up being set too low, so they’ll raise it slightly.
