This is my first rhinoplasty, and I’m keeping in mind up to this extent if I do it: an implant, the nasal tip, and alar reduction.. I want it to look as natural as possible, and I’d prefer not to put in an implant if I can, but I heard there are many places that are good at implant-free rhinoplasty too. I want something around the feel of Shin Se-kyung, but my face is round, so a nasal tip that becomes sharply narrow and pointy with a sharp look doesn’t suit me. I’ve been researching for years and going around for consultations in person, but seriously.... there are so many plastic surgery clinics that I’m about to go through all the clinics in Gangnam, Apgujeong, and Sinsa ... lol A private clinic or a place with a director who has long experience - a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line - a place good at nasal tips - a place good at implant-free rhinoplasty These are the conditions I’m focusing on. I looked mainly for clinics that fit these conditions: Wever - Seo Seung-jo Jeongseok Plastic Surgery Sehyun Snow - Park Sang-eun Kim In-jung Plastic Surgery Chiu - Park Yu-gil Jungwon Plastic Surgery - Seo Man-gun Yejin Byeol Yoo Won-il Jayjun - Park Hyung-jun Marble Among the places I’ve visited, as of now I think I’ll choose between Jeongseok and Kim In-jung, but it’s difficult. Are there any other places you’d recommend? Also, if anyone here has had surgery at those two places, please recommend.

연주연두 You haven’t gone around to all of them for consultations, right? They overlap with mine. Among those, I went to Jungwon and Yejin, and I had implant-free rhinoplasty at one of the two. The line came out naturally and nicely. I think not putting in silicone was the best move.
