Project to Look Younger, Part 1 (Autologous Fat Grafting)

This winter, I finally had the famous stem-cell autologous fat grafting surgery, using the money I had saved for wedding expenses, as part of my project to become totally youthful. The surgery date was Saturday, January 3, and the surgery time was 10:00 a.m. I had the long-awaited operation. It was a holiday period and a Saturday, so there were a lot of people in the hospital waiting room, which helped ease my nerves a little. I had fasted since morning and sat at the hospital, then met with the director again, signed the surgery consent form, and went into the operating room. After changing clothes, off I went to the operating room~ When the surgery was over and I was sitting up in the recovery room, it was a little before 1 o'clock. As soon as I got up and looked in the mirror, I was a little swollen and had tape on me. My thighs felt a little sore. After I came home and one, two, three days passed, the swelling got even worse, and I thought my cheeks were going to burst. Then I went back to the hospital, changed the tape, and the care nurse looked at me and said that it was normal. It has been about a month since the surgery now, and everyone keeps saying I look prettier and my skin looks better~~(sorry^^) That is what they say. First of all, the surgery does not hurt. The area where the fat was taken out (the back of the thigh) is a spot that gets rubbed against in the bathroom, so it hurts in the bathroom. It hurts even more when I strain. But that level of pain is bearable, and the area where the fat was injected does not hurt at all. The swelling is quite significant during the first week. My face feels so plump that it seems like it could roll away. If you eat ramen and go to sleep, your face swells up flat, right? But this swelling is puffed up toward the front, so it has a cute, full look to it. For daily life, after I had surgery on Saturday, I took Monday off because I had no idea what I would be like, and went to work on Tuesday while wearing a mask. Everyone was surprised, but I said I had my wisdom teeth removed. These days, if I carry around my digital camera, I keep taking selfies. I am so, so satisfied and think I look pretty, so I want to keep lots of records. I really look 7-8 years younger, and my face has a dewy glow. My formerly bumpy lines have become slimmer, and as the lines take on a curved shape, my face looks shorter and smaller. The fuller, rounded look feels feminine and lovely. You may think I am praising myself too much, but I had lost so much facial fat that I looked old, looked tired, and looked drained. The surgery ended satisfactorily, and now I just have to pray that the fat takes well, the swelling goes down completely, and only the injected fat settles in beautifully. Lately, I keep hearing that I look like the actress Lee Si-young. That means I look younger. I feel good, and now life feels worth living. I guess this is why everyone gets surgery^^
