I'm worried, so I've started going around for consultations now. My face is already on the lean side with very little fat, so I'm considering fat grafting too, but I have a lot of concerns, like whether there could be side effects. I'm especially more worried about the side effects if I do fat grafting. I've been to two places, and as expected, the methods at both places were all different, so I don't know what I should do.
