Anyway, I lived like that for 7 years, then because I thought breathing was too difficult due to deviated septum, this time I had surgery at an ENT clinic. And as my nostrils had gradually become more clearly visible over those 7 years, I requested that they lower the nasal tip. I said I liked a slightly spread-out nose, just a little bit like before the original surgery.. But after surgery, my nose became completely like a club, so after 14 days I had it removed at another plastic surgery clinic. Unintentionally, that plastic surgeon was close with the professor at the university hospital where I had my surgery. When I came asking for removal, at first he just sent me away, but that evening he called and said we should remove it immediately the next day, so I had removal surgery 5 days ago. Of course, my nasal tip came back much more like before than it had been, so I was thinking, “Ah, what a relief,” but I still had taping on, and the stitches weren’t all removed yet, so I thought it must be because of that. But today the taping was so ragged that I gently peeled at it, and it came off. So I touched it little by little. Unlike what I had requested, complete removal, it seems the doctor matched it to the volume of my left side and did not completely remove the cartilage from my right nasal tip, which had at least been normal.... Does it normally feel like this after removal? It feels like there’s still something inside, like a stone, with a numb feeling. Like there’s one more thing inside. As for the shape and angle, I thought since I’d had open surgery twice in 2 weeks and even had deviated septum surgery, of course it would be bad, and I tried to live happily after the removal surgery... Actually, even after the removal surgery, I was suspicious because the number of cartilage pieces seemed insufficient, so I asked, but the doctor just said what he wanted to say without much sincerity, so I just thought maybe that was it... I’m going to the hospital on Tuesday to remove stitches.. How should I ask about this.. Really. It does not feel like complete removal. But I think he’ll definitely confidently say he did complete removal. What should I say..
