It’s been about 3 years since I had full-incision double eyelid surgery, and I heard that at the time, they didn’t do medial epicanthoplasty, but did slightly remove only the Mongolian fold. Honestly, my old eyes were so small, and they were eyes that would look better no matter what was done, so I lived satisfied, but I did think there was something like a wrinkle? at the front part of my eyes. I ignored it, thinking no one would know unless they looked up close and that only I noticed it, but lately my friends say I have wrinkles at the front of my eyes and that I look like a cat... So I thought about it, and I don’t want medial epicanthoplasty, but I think it might go away if I raise my nose even a little. I barely have a nasal bridge too... and I was thinking of doing it someday anyway... Even if I don’t pinch the nose area hard and only hold it very slightly, the folded part looks like it smooths out and disappears. That’s the line I want... I think the shape of the inner corners of my eyes would also be set just right. If I get rhinoplasty, could that wrinkle look a little less visible? When I just open my eyes normally, it doesn’t show as much as in the very last photo, but when I open them sleepily? halfway, it seems to fold quite a lot like in the third photo.. After someone else pointed it out, something I’d just lived with for 3 years is bothering me so much I’m also uploading before photos...;;; I barely found them... Ah... and doesn’t it seem like I need lateral canthoplasty too? The outer corners look too closed off
