People worried about double eyelid surgery, look at this (advice from someone who did it three times?..)

If you don't really know what fixation feeling is, the importance of a line that suits you, the distance between the eyes and eyebrows, etc., read this. These are things I experienced myself through success and failure... First photo - first surgery - that photo was right before my revision surgery, so the asymmetry is severe, but well, it became like that as time passed, and before that it was livable!! Until around year 2, I got a lot of compliments that my eyes were pretty. Since it's a hassle, I'll use the photo closest to the most recent one.. Second photo (3 weeks post-op) - revision surgery - in photo 1, whether my right eye came undone? Anyway, it got much lower (probably came undone and got buried. One time when I rubbed my eye, I heard a tuk sound..) so I decided on revision surgery. Since the first one had succeeded, I thought about it lightly and got greedy, thinking I should do a semi-out line. But it didn't go well, so I got AS, and the second photo is after the AS. In the end, I had it undone. The reason is below... Third photo (3 weeks post-op) - second revision surgery - after undoing it like that, I climbed onto the operating table yet again without dying, to raise the line back like during the first surgery..^^ I think the swelling has almost all gone down now, and even if I'm a bit unsatisfied, I'll just live with it, or even if it comes undone, I think I'll keep getting surgery at this clinic If you look at the photos, you'll be able to tell that in the second surgery, my impression suddenly became much! stronger (if you don't know what I mean, go look at way more photo reviews..) The reasons are: 1 The line at the inner corner of the eye is high - a lot of people may not know this, but not all in-out lines are the same. There are in-out lines where the inner corner gets covered, in-out lines where the front line shows clearly, and so on. For me, if the line is visible all the way to the inner corner, my impression looks strong. But if it's semi-out? That's crazy (for reference, during AS I told the doctor I didn't like semi-out). If you compare photos 2 and 3, the outer end line is the same. The difference is whether the middle-front part is high or low, but the impression is completely different. So don't blindly pursue a clear in-out or semi-out line.. Your impression can change in an instant, seriously 2 Strong fixation feeling - I don't know if it shows in the photo, but my upper eyelids got thick lol. This is probably a collaboration of high line + strong fixation. You can see I practically shaved off half my eyebrows to make the distance between brows and eyes look wider?.. lol If you look at the right eyes in photos 2 and 3, except for the front line, the line height is similar, but the distance between the eye and eyebrow is different. I used to think the number of stitches didn't affect the fixation feeling, but I don't think that's true. 2 had over 10 stitches and 3 had 6 stitches (for reference, the average for natural adhesion these days is 5-6 holes). When I said it was over 10, some doctors were like, isn't that almost an incision level? But then they also said non-incisional double eyelid surgery can't have strong fixation. Maybe they just couldn't imagine having over 10 holes;; I don't know, just go to a clinic that uses single-knot, within 5-6 stitches.. I think those two are the main reasons, so I undid 2 and went to 3 And the reasons 2 and 3 came out like that are the reasons above + the doctor's aesthetic sense and hand skill. With 2, bruising and subconjunctival hemorrhage lasted insanely long, almost a month. With 3, there was only a tiny bit of bruising on the line, almost no swelling, and it was clean itself. After my failed revision surgery, I became obsessed like crazy with fixation feeling and naturalness, so from the start I didn't go to places that do a lot of semi-out lines or are known for naturally flashy/flashy results Also, when I wore makeup with 2, it was freaking glamorous, you know? But bare-faced, I immediately looked Southeast Asian, and I couldn't go outside without a hat and mask. I like an innocent look, and I didn't want one double eyelid surgery to make me look obviously worked on..
