Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

The process of returning to the original state after removal, I guess,,

I’ve posted so many times,, so you may already know,,,I also posted photos before When I posted photos, the overall look had returned, but the shape of the nostrils and the columella area hadn’t come back and looked awkward, so from the front it was a bit different,, but now even that has returned,,,ㅠㅜ As the scar tissue went down? Anyway,,,with time, it keeps becoming more like my original nose,,,this is just how it feels, so it can differ from person to person, but it’s really amazing,,, I want to explain the process, but it’s not something I can say in a mathematical way exactly. The tip is higher than before and feels like it’s sitting a bit lifted. The nostril shape became a little longer, so when seen from the front, the nostrils looked round, which made it feel more like a pig nose,,, The scar tissue was clumped together, so it was firm and blunt,,, Because the scar tissue was pulling on the skin, one nostril felt like it was being tugged upward a bit, so it even felt like constriction, like a narrow nostril shape,,,The amount of nostril showing wasn’t even much more than before, but strangely it felt somehow pig-nose-like,,, As time passed together with steady care, that firm feeling gradually becoming soft was,,, If 1 hour is divided into 10, then if about 7 parts were firm and 3 parts were soft, it gradually changed to 5 firm and 5 soft, and then as more time passed, it changed again to 2 firm and 8 soft,,,Now it’s firm only in the morning and not firm all day long,,,and I heard that the process of scar tissue shrinking is that what was firm becomes soft, stays that way for a while, and then gradually decreases,,,Now it feels like it’s slowly disappearing. There’s still a little fullness, but now it’s been 3 months,, so by 6, 7, or 8 months I think it may be almost gone, and although there may still be scar tissue inside, it may no longer have any visible bulk,,,Maybe because this was my first surgery and a simple one, but my condition after removal honestly wasn’t very good,,,I should say my tissue quality was awful,,,,ㅡㅡ It does heal quickly, which is good,, but I have oily skin,, acne,, and I also had hypertrophic scar acne scars on my nose,,ㅡㅡ so they said my skin type is really prone to scar tissue,,ㅡㅡ Anyway, as it softened, the feeling that the nose tip was sort of floating high subsided, and the nostrils were vertical for a while before gradually becoming a proper triangle again like before, so even from the front the nostrils no longer looked round and became exactly like before,,,The tissue on the bridge of the nose tip disappeared first,, and because of that the nose tip point moved slightly upward (side view), so it looked more lifted before,,,but it has been gradually settling down,,, And now I’m waiting for the tissue on both sides of the nose tip to shrink,, What’s best of all is that the shape of the nostrils and the area around them when viewed from the front and at a slight angle (the columella area) have returned to how they were before,,,This part really affects the shape of the nose a lot,,,,If there isn’t a huge difference in the alar tissue, it seems like this area accounts for a big part of the image,, My boyfriend one day went completely crazy saying it had become exactly the same as before, and that was when the shape under the tip of the nose,, the nostrils and columella area, had returned,,,, The subtle process of returning to the previous shape after removal is fascinating,, At first the nose tip came down a little, the nostril shape changed, and the lifted feeling disappeared (even when the tip came down, the lifted feeling wouldn’t go away,, then as the tissue on the bridge of the nose tip disappeared and the clumped scar tissue loosened,,,the nose tip that had been clumped and puffed up lost its tension and spread out a bit, which seems to be what made it no longer look lifted,,) and now,,,,as expected, I’m just caring for it and waiting,,,If just a little more tissue on the nose tip disappears,, the shape will be back, so there’s nothing more I could ask for,,,ㅠㅜ Except for the slightly,, really only slightly noticeable,, nose tip point area (side view) being a little softer,,,,that’s the only thing,,,I’ll keep that as a lifelong lesson,,ㅡㅡ so I definitely won’t think about revision surgery again,,(I’m not saying revision surgery is bad,,, the reason I will absolutely never consider it again is because,,,I know that putting in a small piece of ear cartilage to make the nose tip slightly more defined,,,,would absolutely not work for me,,,,I know for sure it would make the nose tip blunt,, so I’ve decided I will never think about revision surgery again and that this is the most suitable nose for me now,,,,I don’t have a bulbous nose, but the tissue at the tip is a little thick, not very much, just a little,,,even so, it doesn’t turn out the way I imagine it to be,, I’m not hoping for a major change in the overall shape of the nose,, more than anything, I think the nose looks pretty only when the tip, nostrils, and columella are pretty,, so I have that kind of eye for it,, and I don’t want a nose that just looks high and pretty overall at a glance,, so I gave up on surgery,,,because I know surgery can’t make the columella and nostril area better than it is now,,) Anyway,,,I posted this because there may be people who want their nose to return to its original shape after removal,, At first I thought, how could it possibly go back to normal? There’s no sign of that at all,,,,but as time passes,, and I keep caring for it,, it’s amazingly,, returning that way,,,,so I’m hoping it becomes exactly the same eventually,,,,ㅠㅜ I did post photos of how it improved during this time, but in truth,,,the nostrils and columella,,,,that area was still a little awkward,,, But I think constantly shaping the nose tip with my hands while caring for it may have helped too,,,, Anyway,,,everyone,,,,stay strong^^!!!
