My original face was long, and I had a slight hump. A flat-looking face.. and because my nasal tip had a slight hump, it looked lifeless.. like a face someone had stepped on. I had a bit of a nasal bridge, but the nasal tip looked dead, and I hated the slight hump the most. So I decided to get my nose done and came back after doing it. Hump reduction, 4 mm silicone, cartilage tying. On the first day, I was happy because the hump was gone and it became straight, but after taking off the splint, I saw that my forehead and nose are in one straight line.. My forehead was originally flat, but it seems the doctor did not consider the line between my forehead and nose... It looks like silicone was inserted from the very top part of my eyes when my eyes are open. It’s not that I look like Avatar because of swelling; I am just Avatar.. What should I do about this? I had also said I was worried because my original face was long, but it looks even longer.. It was nasal tip cartilage tying, but I want to make the nasal tip cartilage thinner again, and reduce the silicone to 1 mm. Would that be possible?? Would there be an additional cost??... Please help me..
