I ended up doing it after seeing a promotion by chance The consultation and the staff at the hospital were just okay, not especially super kind, but decent. On the day of surgery, there was some throbbing and heat, but from the second day onward there was no pain at all. The sutures were done neatly, so even on the day the stitches were removed, nobody could tell I had surgery unless I said so. At the same time, my nostrils weren't originally that wide, so the difference was only something I could really feel myself I think "nostril reduction" is a more accurate term than "alar reduction"! For the price, I'm really satisfied with the procedure
