The consultation director was very kind during the consultation, but after that I didn't really interact with them much. The staff at the front desk were not great... The doctor was busy, so I first heard the explanation about surgery from the consultation director and then had the consultation with the doctor. Because of that, it was very quick, with the doctor saying, "You heard everything, right?" and asking if I had any questions five times before the consultation ended. They said the doctor is famous for revision surgery, and if you look at the hospital cafe posts, there are a lot of posts by Director Im, whether good or bad... so I just went for it. The result was satisfying. Every time I had stitches removed, I had a consultation with the doctor, and their answers were really appropriately brief.. If you have a lot of questions, they will still listen to you. Oh, and the consultation director said I might also be told to do this surgery as an add-on, but when I asked the director, they said it wasn't necessary, which raised my trust.
