I'm a man who had alar reduction and under-eye fat repositioning at Seoul Queen. I had nostril reduction while already having nose surgery, and while the nostrils did get smaller, the shape didn't come out that pretty. I think I might not have needed the alar reduction, so I wish the doctor had told me to think about it a bit more. The under-eye fat repositioning turned out just fine.
