It’s been about 2 and a half years since I had alar reduction! They reduced it appropriately to fit my face size, and when I look at old photos, the before and after are clearly different, so I like that the image that looked a bit foolish is gone! The scar is also only a tiny bit under the nostril, so now it doesn’t show even without makeup. It was a very cost-effective surgery that I’m very satisfied with.
