I had alar reduction back in the Co&Me days. It was during a promotion, so I got it really cheaply, but I'm very satisfied because the results were so good! After the surgery, I went back to Seoul Queen, and another manager didn't even notice that I'd had alar reduction.. It turned out so well that it doesn't show at all. I really recommend alar reduction!
