I had consultation and surgery on the same day. The director examined me quickly but carefully. I do not like long, drawn-out consultations, so that suited me. The hospital was neat. The disappointing part is that alar reduction as a cosmetic procedure tends to come back... It was nice that my nostrils were much narrower for about a year after the surgery, but now, two years later, my nostrils have returned to how they were.
