I had a nose consultation with Director Kim Jin-joong. Other places all recommended silicone, but here they recommended bridge incision and tip tying without silicone (surgery without artificial implants). Silicone is optional, with the feeling that you really don’t need to do it. They definitely seem to prioritize stability and a natural look. It helped to hear that the manager had also had the procedure done by him (my nose was a bit plump). Looking at the reviews, there are a lot about alar reduction, so maybe this is a clinic specialized in that area. Overall, my trust in the director did grow. The nose I want probably wouldn’t change much before and after without silicone, so I’m planning to pass for now.
