I didn't have any separate nose cartilage tying done, and only had volume reduction surgery on my cheeks. I liked that they didn't force any additional surgery, but I did feel a bit mechanical? Still, I'm generally satisfied with the surgery results. But when you look from below, the shape of the nostrils feels somewhat unnatural.
