I went in for a consultation about alar cartilage reduction, and both the doctor and especially the consultation manager acted like I was a nuisance, which was embarrassing... Especially that manager kept looking somewhere else while I was talking and their expression made it obvious they thought what I was saying was nonsense, so it was unpleasant. The doctor was at least older, so I felt some trust, though. I just wanted to ask them to replace the manager.
