The hospital feels factory-like, and some staff are kind while others are rude. The factory vibe is very strong, so if you hate that sort of thing, no no.. I just left it to luck and had the surgery, and I'm satisfied with the result. As for the doctor, how should I put it.. kind but cool and feels a bit rough around the edges.. but then again he is kind, so it's hard to put into words.
