They didn’t really consult me.. What I mean is, I went there for consultation about alar reduction, and usually they would look at my nose and discuss things like how many millimeters should be reduced, whether my nose would benefit from alar reduction, whether it was okay to do it or not... in other words, they’d focus the consultation on the person’s own nose. But as soon as I arrived, they just played what was basically a PowerPoint and ended the consultation by speaking in a very low voice and very quickly about already-known things like before-and-after alar reduction, internal and external methods, scars, and so on, as if they were sleepy.. I was taken aback; they didn’t say a single thing about my own nose.
