I went there last week for a consultation with Director Im Jeong-taek. The manager was very kind, and the director came right after surgery ended and looked tired and exhausted. He seemed blunt, and he answered the questions I asked, but it didn't feel like he was especially proactive in the consultation, so I just had the consultation and left.
