The director was on the cool side and answered questions well, but if I didn’t ask, there wasn’t much explanation beyond the surgery method. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t describe the post-surgery appearance in detail. I thought my nostrils were on the small side, but they said they were within the range that could be operated on, and that if the nostrils are too small, they send you back without operating.
