My nose bridge was originally high, and aside from the alar base, I was satisfied with every part of my nose, so I chose alar reduction. Since this can leave a lot of scarring, I was cautious about choosing a clinic, and after much thought I had the reduction done. As expected, I also felt a bit disappointed that it would have been better if they had reduced it even more, but overall I’m very satisfied.
