First of all, I spent much more time consulting with the manager.. and the consultation with the director felt like a bonus at the end. It didn’t feel like an especially detailed consultation, but they were at least straightforward with the facts about my face, which actually made me trust them more. The only thing I was a little put off by was that they remove the filler on the day of surgery. But overall I’m still interested.
