I made a reservation and went at the scheduled time, but I waited for over an hour. The consultation with the director lasted only about 1 to 2 minutes. He just came into the consultation room, grabbed my nose, and said, "Hold up a mirror. If we shorten it about this much, it should be fine." That was all. I said I wanted it shorter, but he said it wouldn’t be possible, so in the end I shortened it again with revision surgery after the operation.
