It’s been about four years since my nose surgery. My satisfaction is high overall. I mostly consulted with the consultation manager, and only had a short consultation with the director, but the reason I ended up having surgery at this hospital was the director’s confidence plus the fact that they recommended only the surgeries that were truly necessary, not excessive correction. I wanted a natural correction for a short nose, but at other hospitals they tried to inflate the price by saying I had to shave a hump that didn’t even exist and shave the sides too, attaching all sorts of reasons. At that time, Director Kim said none of that was necessary, that making it too high would not suit the patient’s face, and that I should do just this one thing and nothing else. That made me trust him and I went ahead with surgery. The result is completely satisfying. Of course the silicone was raised only a little and only the tip was slightly lengthened, but afterward there was no sagging, and the columella also came down a little, so the rounded tip turned out beautifully.
