Chin implant surgery for a retruded chin (detailed review)

There are many people who misunderstand retruded chin, so I'm leaving a detailed review. I had surgery on the 3rd, and today marks exactly one week. My situation> I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment and am wearing a retainer only on the lower jaw. The side effects we usually know about are, in fact, often very exaggerated or distorted. 1. If an implant over 6 mm is inserted, does the bone erode???? You've probably heard a lot that implants are usually placed under 6-7 mm and that side effects occur above that. I had 9 mm inserted. I was also very worried, so I asked the director everything in detail. He said that when doing chin surgery, they don't insert the entire shape as-is; they cut and sculpt it to fit your own chin, so it's okay. And regarding talk about bone erosion, he said that over time silicone may press on the bone, but that isn't a problem, and people don't remove implants because of that kind of situation. 2. Can tooth sensitivity occur???? If you search, it says that if a retruded chin implant is placed incorrectly, teeth can feel sensitive. I asked about this too, and he said it can happen if a nerve is touched incorrectly. Compared with the forehead, the nerve branches around the mouth are larger, and if those are touched incorrectly, that phenomenon can occur, but he said the nerves recover over time. 3. The biggest side effect is inflammation!!!!!!!!! He said the most important thing to watch out for in retruded chin surgery is inflammation. If inflammation develops, the implant has to be removed... That's why he said to gargle well and be careful not to open the mouth too wide, and that the biggest side effect to watch out for in retruded chin surgery is inflammation. ->Because I kept asking a ton of detailed questions, he said many people worry in advance about things they don't need to worry about because of the internet.. He said if I have questions, he'll tell me everything, so instead of looking online, I should come to the clinic often and he'll explain it....
