About 2 years ago, the doctor's consultation ended in 30 seconds and they were rude. They just said they couldn't reduce it much, that it would be fine, and that the scar probably wouldn't be very noticeable. When I showed them photos, they said it couldn't be done like that. But when it was actually time to remove the stitches, their tone became kind; the gap in attitude was hard to get used to. The manager was very kind, and I also got porridge after the surgery. Ultimately, the surgery turned out very well. In my case, right after the nostril reduction I wondered if it had even been reduced, but once the swelling went down and I had nostril Botox and nose-slimming injections, my nose shape became almost exactly what I wanted. During the consultation, the doctor had said it couldn't be done like that, but I was extremely satisfied. I'm saying this because the surgery went well, but I think it's better than someone being kind and making it seem like anything is possible and then botching it. No visible scar and it turned out how I wanted, so even the rude attitude gets prettified in hindsight haha.
