Both the director and the consultant were very, very kind and were very considerate of a worried patient. The nostril reduction also turned out very well without asymmetry, and there was no scarring, so even now, unless I say it first, no one knows I had surgery. Other than the consultant, there was one staff member who was giving guidance at the time, and they were a bit brusque and the type to embarrass people, so honestly, I did have one somewhat uncomfortable experience. But except for that person, everyone was kind and explained things sincerely and thoroughly, so it was good. Highly recommend.
