It is a surgery I am very satisfied with. I had the surgery 3 years ago. I did not even know my nasal alae were uneven lol They balanced them for me on their own. The size of my nasal alae itself was asymmetrical, so when they cut more on one side, my nostrils became uneven lolol But this was unavoidable because my nose was asymmetrical, and I am very satisfied with the subtle change. I used to always reduce my nasal alae when using Photoshop, but now I do not! Scarring inevitably remains. But it is not enough to bother me.
