After getting alar base reduction, my confidence about my nose increased, but I do think surgery is probably the answer if I want to improve my low nose. I’m looking into surgery. Still, I’m satisfied with the procedure, and returning to daily life was quick, so if you’re only concerned about your nostril wings, I highly recommend it.
