I deeply regret impulsively doing it after watching a YouTuber here 4 years ago. I want to turn back time. It’s all a lie that alar base reduction leaves no scars.. Other people may not notice, but foundation gets caught in them like crazy and it’s annoying. One side has an indented scar and the other side has a white scar lol. Even the scars are uneven.. During the consultation, there was no explanation of side effects other than saying the scars wouldn’t be very noticeable. What makes me the angriest is that my nostrils became triangular lol. Because there isn’t enough alar tissue, the alar cartilage is exposed, and naturally I can’t raise my nose much with rhinoplasty either. The triangular shape stays the same haha. The height of unnaturalness,, If they explained this side effect, no one would do it, right ^___^ Just don’t get alar base reduction..... I don’t think there would be a big difference no matter where you do it. If a 500-won coin can fit into your nostril, then think about it.
