Age 20 - First nose surgery, the bridge became higher and naturally prettier Maybe about 7-8 years passed.. As time went by, the bridge gradually became crooked, and the silicone looked like / this Other people didn’t notice, but whenever I took photos by myself it was extremely stressful, so I eventually decided on revision surgery Age 30 - Had revision surgery and contouring too (cheekbones), and because it was revision surgery, autologous costal cartilage was used (the scar still exists) I nearly died for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I went to the hospital to remove the splint, but cartilage was visible inside my nose... Suddenly, I went straight into the operating room again that day And 1 and a half years later, the bridge became too high and the nasal tip lowered, so my nose became straight like a fish-faced human;;; I went for follow-up asking if this was right, and ended up getting a free A/S revision.. And now, 1 year later? The silicone was lowered, so it became a natural-looking nose shape, but in the end the nasal tip comes down again. And maybe because my original nasal bone is crooked, when I lift my head and look at my nostrils, the columella points slightly crooked like) this. ===> Conclusion: no matter how much it’s corrected, it seems to have a tendency to eventually return to the original nose shape from the beginning. I don’t want to have another revision surgery anymore...
