A wrinkly feeling... Please read my post

Hello. I had breast surgery in January 2011, and since it is December now, it is already almost 1 year... I had a big complex about breast surgery, so I carefully had it done at a breast surgery hospital said to be famous, and the price was higher than most breast specialty hospitals too.. After finishing the surgery like that, I did not have more pain than others, and the progress was good, so I was satisfied. I was completely flat like a gum wrapper, but I had surgery with 260 and 280, a size just right for my body, and I was satisfied with the size, shape, and feel. But.. when I felt that a problem had appeared.. when I bend my body forward (so that cleavage forms), the inside of my breasts looks slightly rippled and wrinkly. And when I touch it, it feels wrinkly too.. Also, even when I just stand upright, it did not used to be like this, but gradually I can see a rippled pattern.. Other people might not notice, but I see my breasts every day, so I can see it.. When I lie on my side, the breast shape and feel are really good.. But slightly bumpy areas about the size of a ring fingernail can be felt on both the inner and outer sides of the breasts. At first, I did not think much of it. But gradually.. how should I put it,, it feels like something made of rubber is protruding, and if you press it, it goes back in, then comes out again when you let go.. like that??? The size of this is small.. I think I can find two or three things with that feeling in each breast.. My former boyfriend knew that I had breast surgery, but even though I felt it, he did not really notice those things.. the wrinkling or bumpy things.. But my current boyfriend said he can feel something in my breast and shouldn't I talk to a doctor. My current boyfriend does not know I had surgery.. I went abroad twice, and while on the plane I saw snack bags puff up tightly.. Could taking long flights be a problem?? I talked with the doctor who operated on me, and the doctor did not think much of it.. The doctor said this phenomenon can happen because there is too little fatty tissue in the breasts.. (about the wrinkling) And for the small bumpy feeling, you would have to palpate carefully to know, but even when I talk about it, the doctor just receives it as if it is nothing much and seems indifferent. And the doctor says that if this phenomenon continues, fat grafting would make it much better... I don't want to do anything more to my breasts.. But if even that could make it better, that would really be a relief.. The scars are not visible.. and the shape is good... Ah... But I am worried it might be a side effect for no reason.. I am so worried... I heard before that there is a side effect where cohesive gel implants wrinkle.. There is no one around me who has had breast surgery either, so I have nowhere to talk about it..
