My nose was short and low, and on top of that it was blunt and bulbous, so what I told the director was that I wanted my nose to show properly, and I wanted enough three-dimensional definition for the lower part of my face to look less protrusive. I got nose surgery because I liked the design the most, and I think the columella, nasolabial angle, and overall line came out well. I had asked the director to do it well so that no scars would remain, and during aftercare, they checked the sutured areas carefully. They also did scar-care laser treatment on the columella area, so now I’m really happy because I can’t see any scar tissue or scars. Now the issue where my midface looked too short has improved a lot, and my protruding mouth has also mostly disappeared.
