<Nose before surgery><Nose now>Before surgery, I just had an extremely ordinary, blunt bulbous nose It looks like this because it’s zoomed in, but when viewed overall, my nose was way too low compared with my forehead volume, so my facial proportions looked subtly off It wasn’t exactly an incredibly ugly nose, but I got so stressed every time I looked at my nose that I ended up having surgery I used autologous costal cartilage and silicone as materials Even if I raised my nose, I didn’t want an overly pointy, flashy nose, so I asked the director to make it high and rounded, and the director took care of shaping even the parts I didn’t know about, like the nasolabial angle and nostrils.. The director shaped the nose design directly by hand too, and also checked it with Photoshop, and I liked that everything was done properly from the start Also, now I have absolutely no discomfort, but early on, the area around my abdomen/ribs hurt more than my nose But well.. so far I’m really satisfied. It cost quite a lot because I used autologous costal cartilage, but both the front and side views improved, so it feels worth the money
