Review of Hump Nose Correction Without Shaving Down the Hump

It’s already been half a year since my surgery My nose feels like it’s mine now, but sometimes when I look at old photos, it’s amazing how only my nose changed yet my overall vibe looks different lol My hump wasn’t that severe, but from the side it was like, “Oh, there is a bit of a hump?” Some people told me to just live with it, but I still wanted to look prettier, so I got surgery What I wanted wasn’t a high, sharp, glamorous line, but just correcting the hump and slightly refining the nasal tip to make it a bit more defined, and I wanted to do it without implants as much as possible! My nasal bridge wasn’t low, so I also thought raising it from there would look too unnatural Anyway, I knew that when correcting a hump nose, they usually shave down the protruding part, and I was a little worried because I had read posts saying they developed inflammation after shaving or that the correction didn’t go well When I was actively searching for clinics, maybe because of the algorithm, videos started showing up on YouTube too, so I watched them And apparently, correction is possible even without shaving down the protruding part Before watching the video, I thought it had to be shaved, so I was worried about the side effects that can come from shaving, but it seemed like a good method, so I had a consultation and even set a surgery date Just like what I saw in the video, I had hump correction with keystone preservation, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage! But on the other hand, I do wonder if it might recur because it wasn’t shaved, but so far it’s still smooth I really highly recommend it to everyone looking into correction for a hump nose like mine Thank you, algorithm..
