Other places didn’t say anything like that, but after a consultation at one clinic, they recommended upper-eyelid fat repositioning + incision. Looking at other posts, that clinic in particular seems to recommend upper-eyelid fat repositioning a lot. They say it’s to reduce the possibility of multiple eyelid creases or to neatly organize the fat around the double-eyelid line, but other hospitals say it isn’t necessary. It’s my first time hearing about upper-eyelid fat repositioning, so should I do it?
