This would be my first time touching my face, and it’s not double eyelid surgery but lower eyelid fat repositioning that I’m looking into, so I don’t have much information and need help I’m looking into lower eyelid fat repositioning because the fat under my eyes protrudes too much, and I’ve just entered my 30s, but I don’t know whether lower eyelid fat repositioning is more appropriate than lower blepharoplasty.. I’m also curious whether I need fat repositioning or whether removal alone is possible. If I get rid of it completely, I feel like that would look strange in its own way too.. Looking at reviews and websites of places like clinics, they seem to divide it into a conjunctival incision and a skin incision, but I don’t know which would be more effective for the surgical result.. For everyone who has had lower eyelid fat repositioning, where did you do it and how??
토이돌 There are lots of places that don’t remove it completely and leave a little, preserving the aegyo-sal area while doing the surgery. Really, if they remove all the fat completely, like you said, it can actually look awkward, so good clinics don’t remove everything. They leave necessary fat, like the aegyo-sal area, while operating, so it doesn’t look awkward. And lower eyelid fat repositioning is usually done through a conjunctival incision, I think?? So it’s a surgery that doesn’t leave a scar. I understand lower blepharoplasty is the one with a skin incision. First find a hospital and go for a consultation. I had lower eyelid fat repositioning done at a clinic through an incision inside the conjunctiva, using a septal reinforcement double-fixation method! The aegyo-sal-like areas all remained!
