After 13 years, it feels like the septal cartilage is lowering, so I’m thinking about revision surgery... These days, I feel like the columella or nasolabial angle is more important than nose height. If I lower the columella a bit, would the philtrum look shorter too? I also dislike that distinctive strong “bam!” look of autologous costal cartilage surgery, but it seems hard for both the nose and eyes to last smoothly in one go

There isn’t really any particular problem, but I went for an aftercare consultation because I’m dissatisfied with the shape. They handled the consultation fine, but then said this doesn’t count as aftercare and would be treated as revision
