Those who put in over 300... how is the size? I had revision surgery and…

For those who put in over 300, please share your height/weight/bra size/what others say/how clothes fit. And whether you’re satisfied.. if you’re not satisfied, what size would you want instead.. I had textured cohesive gel implants around 2007. Height 168, weight about 55.. I became exactly size 55 for both tops and bottoms, and my breasts were a skimpy B cup... (They looked smaller than a firm A cup.) The doctor said 270 was the limit that could fit in my 72 cm chest circumference and recommended 270. But people around me who had surgery said I should put in at least 310, since I’m tall and have shoulders, and that I wouldn’t regret it if I put in that much, so after agonizing over it I put in 310. Now my size is 75E. In Japanese sizing, it’s between 75F and G. Honestly.. it’s really big. -_- The feel and shape are good, so when I’m completely undressed it looks full and pretty.. but people live wearing clothes. When I wear clothes, even size 66 tops can feel tight at the chest, and I look heavier and bulky. No matter how much someone likes large breasts, it makes me angry that clothes don’t look good on me. It’s hard to buy clothes from online malls too! Most of all, people remember me as a woman with large breasts. If they were natural breasts, I might feel good about it.. but personally I don’t want to be remembered for my breasts.. Anyway, that’s why I really want to reduce the size. I think around 270 would be just right. But I don’t want to get back on the operating table, there’s no guarantee it would turn out well again, and I think I heard revision surgery can only be done through the areola, so I’m scared ㅡㅜ Anyway, again~ For those who put in over 300, please share your height/weight/bra size/what others say/how clothes fit.
