I had my chin done.. It’s day 3 and it’s swollen tight

I cut almost 1 cm from just the front chin... Isn’t that huge? I don’t have a square jaw or anything, I did it because my front chin was too long.. Really, from the day of surgery on the operating table until now, I’ve only been thinking, did I do the right thing? My mom saw me and was completely shocked too.. She said, why did you go and have surgery.. what are you going to do if something goes wrong, and yesterday we hugged and cried together hing Sleeping is so hard for me. Maybe because the bandage is wrapped too tightly around my neck, when I lie down it feels like my heart beats about 3 times when it should beat once.. and because of phlegm, I often wake up suddenly. I get really scared at those times. Lying down is uncomfortable, so I sleep in a chair for an hour and wake up... Even on the day I was admitted to the hospital, I stayed up all night trembling while hearing other people retching after general anesthesia (I didn’t have any retching at all from general anesthesia, but I was just thirsty every time and scared..) My throat is severely swollen, so it hurts so much when I swallow saliva and things like that, and aside from pain inside my mouth and throat, there isn’t any other particular pain. There used to be blood mixed with my phlegm and saliva, but today there’s less blood. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m so scared and afraid something went wrong. When I see my face, it looks like a monster;; Is it good to drink a lot of hot water? Warm compress? The hospital where I had it done didn’t say a word about compresses and only gave me gargle solution.. They said they’ll remove the bandage on day 5 and to start warm compresses from then.
