And above all, the director seemed like someone who wouldn't lie. When I asked about septum reinforcement, his very frustrated expression was funny. He said he gets asked a lot lately because of the term septum reinforcement, but in fact, if fat repositioning is done properly, that term does not really make sense. The manager explained it in more detail later. I learned something I hadn't known, and understood why he looked frustrated. I liked the feeling that they were telling me everything honestly before surgery.
