First, I tried the nose-sculpting injection that supposedly breaks down fat. It feels like a factory-style clinic, and you can only see the director when the procedure is being done. The effect seems to differ depending on where it is injected, so I think the director is important. It does seem to have a little effect. The previous director was good, but this director is disappointing
