I had revision eye surgery, ptosis correction, and upper canthoplasty. I went in after saying from the start that one pupil area didn't open well, but one side ended up undercorrected. Even after AS, it was uncomfortable, and when I told them, the director kept saying one-sidedly to the patient that if it feels heavy, that's just how the patient feels it. Basically, even if the patient is uncomfortable, just live with it. They weren't speaking in a way that tried to help the patient understand, so it felt coercive and was very upsetting. In the end, both lines now look pressed down, and I'm looking into another revision related to ptosis correction. For those going for consultations, this place mostly recommends incisional surgery and recommends upper canthoplasty for fixation. As you can see from the reviews, the lines are consistently semi-out to out-line, and the lines aren't bumpy. And after surgery, even if the eyes aren't pretty, the doctor just says, "They look fine~" I went here after a recommendation from an acquaintance too, and I regret not doing more footwork.
