I wanted to improve both my 45-degree cheekbones and side cheekbones, but I was scared to do the full procedure, so I did 230. They said 45-degree shaving would improve it, so I did it, but there is absolutely~~~ no difference in the 45-degree area, and even if there is, I feel like you would only see it by turning the skin inside out. On the outside, it's the same. I don't recommend shaving. And for the side cheekbones, at first the swelling clearly went down a lot and I wondered if it had gotten a bit prettier, but really, there is so little change that no one can notice..... I think that's because my side cheekbones weren't severe to begin with. I think I should have done full cheekbones, not 230. If your issue is the 45-degree cheekbone area, I don't recommend 230. For nostril reduction, they really reduced it minimally, but I was left with a scar ㅡㅡ Still, since it was internal reduction, the scar is less visible, so that's a relief
