My nostril sill/alar base reduction turned out very natural. If you want to reduce your alar width naturally without it being obvious, and want to make the alar shape rounder and prettier, this is a plastic surgery clinic I recommend. The shape of my alae became prettier.
Also, my nostrils were originally large, so even after surgery, my thumb still goes in easily haha.. I almost wish I had asked them to reduce them more while I was on the operating table.
But unlike other hospitals, they did not recommend procedures like nasal tip surgery (they may recommend columella surgery), and they focused the consultation on alar reduction, so I chose them right away.
However, if you’re thinking, “I want a dramatic change with alar reduction! I want it to be obvious that my alae got smaller! I don’t care about becoming naturally prettier or whatever, I just don’t want to edit my photos anymore, I really want them reduced a lot!” then I do not recommend Unimedi.
Human greed has no end by nature.. Maybe because the space between my eyes is on the wider side, or maybe they reduced it according to the ratio of my glabella area, they couldn’t reduce it that much. So even though I’ve already had surgery, the reason I still want alar reduction one more time is that I still edit my alae in photos.
Later, after medial epicanthoplasty, I’m thinking I should get another consultation at Unimedi. Since I think they did it according to my facial proportions, I think the problem is my wide intercanthal distance. Looking at the face overall, it does give a natural-looking face.
